Like our coffee blends but find that you are ordering 12 ounce bags weekly or multiple times a month? A five pound bag may be a GREAT solution for you. We offer all of our core organic coffees (Cypress, High-tide, Boardwalk, Poppy, and Low-tide) in a five pound bag. It's the same distinct and flavorful coffee in a more economical package.
We recommend this option for larger households or for individuals who drink a LOT of coffee. The distinct and wonderful flavors of our coffee begin to diminish over time, even faster if you order ground coffee. We recommend aiming to finish a five pound bag within 4 or so weeks of the roast date or within 2 weeks if you have it ground. Store your coffee in an airtight container at room temperature for maximum flavor retention.

Certifications
We will ship your coffee within a couple days of roasting so that you receive the shipment at the peak of freshness. Avoiding exposure to oxygen is the best way to preserve the freshness and flavor of your coffee, so, if possible, store in an air tight container (our bags are perfect) and grind your coffee just before brewing. A “burr” grinder is recommended to ensure consistency of your grind and extraction.
