Deltina Coffee Roasters is family-owned and operated on the Central Coast of California. Our roastery is located on the Pacific Coast Highway in Oceano, California, blocks away from the Oceano Dunes and Pismo State Beach.
Deltina specializes in small-batch, organic specialty coffees. Our beans are mindfully sourced from traditional, sustainable farms located all over the world. Located in the same facility as our roastery, we have a full-service espresso bar and retail store. You can always expect to find classic coffee drinks and bags of our whole bean coffee blends. Be on the lookout for rotating treats, swag, and seasonal offerings.

In addition to sourcing organically, we are also conscious of our own carbon footprint. We offer “bring-your-own-cup” discounts as well as cheaper pricing on refillable coffee bean containers in our store. We are not perfect, but sustainability is a continuous improvement project that we prioritize as we make changes and grow.
Why we support ethical coffee
It is truly amazing how many different people are involved in delivering a high-quality, organic cup of fresh coffee. How we source our coffee beans is extremely important to us and is a very intentional decision-making process. In our opinion, certified organic green coffee farming operations implement procedures that promote long-term cultivation sustainability more so than conventional coffee farming operations. We also look to purchase “fair trade” organic coffees whenever possible.
